Shhhh! Can you keep a secret? Want to know which Niagara winery is home to one of THE best venues to get up close and personal with talented Canadian musicians?
With an intimate 550 seats, and tickets available on a first come/first serve basis, you are NOT going to want to tell too many friends about this one.
Official summer kickoff in the Niagara Region doesn’t begin until the microphone is plugged in at Jackson-Triggs Winery for the start of their annual concert series. The location’s amazing open air amphitheatre is nestled into the back corner of the winery and intimately surrounded by the estate’s vineyards. Sipping on a chardonnay under the stars listening to the likes of Sam Roberts, Steven Page or the Arkells is reason alone to visit the world class wine region. If you’re lucky your ears may even get to hear the resident vineyard crickets join in on a song or two.
If Niagara creates the perfect pairing...wine and food; then Jackson-Triggs has blended the perfect trio...wine, food & music.
The concert series, which started over a decade ago, runs annually June to September in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and is about as unique a music experience you will find. Concert goers and wine enthusiasts are not the only ones blown away by the venue. Many acts have voluntarily returned to Jackson-Triggs for repeat shows just to get a personal concert connection with fans. Canadian singer-songwriter Chantal Kreviazuk has gone on record crowning the JT amphitheatre as her most favorite venue to play. The Juno Award winner should know a thing or two about good venues, having played in every corner of the world.
Tickets for the amazing 2016 Lineup have been on sales since the spring. While some shows are long sold out, you just might be able to grab a ticket or two for an experience that will rock your socks off. Visit the Winery’s website for more information on individual shows.

Easy way to get from Buffalo Airport in US into Canada. They have unique outfits so they stay out when they pick you up at the airport. Very, very friendly drivers and we talked the entire time to the hotel and back to the airport later in the week. Pick up for the airport was 5am and they were there by 4:30am. If you want your travel to hotel painless, this is the way to go.Ron, Kansas City See More
